Mission: Reconciliation & Reconstruction [Fleet Plot]
Location: Starfleet Command Campus

Commander Rozen Coo had been summoned to the CiC's office. After everything that had happened with Zetari and the trip back to Earth he had taken 6 weeks of sabbatical to spend some time with his wife and daughter. Now he was ready to get back to work but he was to start duty research the following morning at 0800 at the Science Division of Starfleet Command back on earth. He received the orders that he was assigned to earth after the Zetari incident 2 weeks into his sabbatical, but was summoned to this office the day before he was to resume duty. He hit the chime to the office and waited. He was dressed in his finest dress blues, as a Science Officer, and adjusted his tunic as he waited for the call from inside.

A small beep from the aide's computer on the desk caused the young woman to look up and give the Commander a nod and a smile, "The Admiral will see you now Commander Coo,"

"Thank you Miss," said Rozen as he stepped forward and entered the lavish office. Rozen stepped forward with his slightly noticeable limp, paused in front of the desk and stood at attention with his arms behind his back holding his PaDD. "Reporting as ordered, sir," said Rozen rigidly.

"Ah, Commander Rozen Coo I presume?" Admiral Hark stated as the blue garbed man came to a halt before his desk, "Please, take a seat Commander, we have much to discuss."

"Yessir. It is an honor to sit before you sir," said Rozen taking a seat gracefully, setting his PaDD in his lap. "I am surprised by your request to see me sir. If I may ask, what is this about sir?"

"Your name has been put across my desk as one to potentially take the helm with Starfleet Science, given the distrust of people in my position and the need for us to repair the reputation of Starfleet, we feel that there is a need for someone below Flag rank to head up some of our departments," the greying Admiral replied with a smile.

"I don't know what to say sir; I am honored!" exclaimed Rozen trying to contain himself. "Effective immediately, sir...?"

"Pending your acceptance and the Corps of Engineers reconstruction of the Science Council chambers, yes." the greying Admiral replied with a slight smile.

"How far along is the Corp at work?" he asked. "There could be an opportunity to fine tune some lab set ups if they are still working on getting it settled and framed. And of course I accept sir."

"Last reports had it at a couple of weeks, unfortunately there was a significant amount of damage that was not repaired after the assault on Earth by the Cardassians, Starfleet Science was put way down on the agenda when the Civil War broke out." Hark replied with a smile.

"Down on the agenda sir? Well first order of business is to fix that," said Rozen with a cunning smirk. "I wont let you down sir, you can count on me," said Rozen standing. "If I may be excused sir, I have some catching up to do..."

"Indeed you do," the greying Admiral replied with a smile and a nod of the head, "Good luck Commander."

"Thank you Admiral, I wont let you down," said Rozen standing. He saluted one more time, then departed the office.
